Prior to joining Kuder, Smollar, Friedman & Mihalik, PC, Mr. Isaacs founded the law office of Marc A. Isaacs – Attorney At Law, where he handled cases involving family law, domestic violence, and general practice areas.  Mr. Isaacs has experience representing and advising landlords and tenants in areas of residential landlord-tenant disputes, including evictions, security deposit issues, housing conditions, and all other obligations of the parties under the lease.

Family law presents a wide range of legal issues and often requires application of legal principles from a variety of different doctrines and statutes.  Mr. Isaacs brings his diverse experience and knowledge of the law in providing client-centered advocacy and representation.
