A Message From Our Firm on COVID-19

COVID-19 Notice:

All of us at KSFM appreciate the difficulties facing our clients and colleagues during the COVID-19 pandemic and wish to thank all of those essential employees who are working to get us through this extraordinary period.

All of our attorneys and staff remain ready to help with any family matter issue that may arise.  To ensure the safety of our employees and our clients and to practice the social distancing recommended by the CDC, all personal interactions will be done remotely.  We are well-equipped to communicate with clients via phone, email, or video conferencing.

Please note that our phone systems will route all calls to voicemail, which will be accessed remotely as promptly as is possible.  As we anticipate delays with US mail – we encourage clients to communicate with us by email or fax, both of which can be easily accessed outside the office.

Courts in DC, MD, and VA have restricted access and are providing only limited services.  These restrictions may affect your family law matter.  Our attorneys continue to monitor all local courts and will communicate any changes directly to affected clients.

This is a constantly changing situation.  Please check our website or with your attorney for updates.  In spite of the challenges currently facing all of us, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns or to refer us to others who may need our help.   We send our best wishes to everyone while we navigate this trying time.
